       Sudden Finds is currently working with their international carriers to provide our customer with the best international shipping options available to them. Updates available very soon!

Handling Time:  

         Items require at least 1-2 business days for all handling time unless otherwise specified in the items description

Shipping Fees :

  •  All Health and Beauty products receive free standard shipping 
  •  All orders $75 or more are entitled to free standard shipping 
  •  Shipping fees are based on size, weight, and location of the customer's address 
  •  This threshold may change based on special promotions or coupons


How long will it take to receive my order? 

          You should receive your order in 4-7 business day after leaving our fulfillment center in Saint Albans, Queens NYC. All items will be shipped the same day if the request is submitted before 2 pm EST Monday- Friday. After that time all orders will be processed the next business day. We are unable to ship orders on Sunday and Holidays. 

Can I expedite my order?

            Expedited shipping will be received in 2-3 business days after it leaves fulfillment Center Saint Albans, Queens NYC. 2 pm EST Monday-Friday must submit orders, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. Customer will be able to select the expedited shipping carrier of their choice from our carriers. We are unable to ship on weekend and holidays.

What is the cost of expedited shipping?

          Customers can choose the expedited shipping service and carrier of their choice from our list of available shipping carriers. The cost will vary depending on their preference.


What Shipping Methods Do We Use:

            We have relationships with several carriers, so your package ships depending upon the size and destination. Generally, we utilize UPS, United Postal Service, and FedEx. Some items might require private shipping. The description. 

Can I ship to multiple shipping addresses with one order?

How do I return merchandise purchased on 

  • Circle the item that you wish to return on your invoice 
  • Please pack your item(s) in a secure carton 
  • we suggest you make a copy of the invoice for your records 
  • Add the email prepaid return label to your package. N other postage is required 
  • Bring the package to any authorized USPS facility

Do you have to use the prepaid label emailed to you?

          No, you don't, you can also return the item using any traceable method you wish. Please be sure your package is insured, and the postage paid. Once we have received your package, we'll promptly refund the item you have indicated. Mail your package to the address on the original shipping. What is return policy:

           If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 14 days of the shipping date for a refund. We will not process returns postmarked 15 days after the shipping date. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the unique product information or emailed shipping slip.

Returns will not be accepted if an item is: worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

How can I track the status of my return?

       You may track your return by logging into your account. You will also receive an email to keep you updated with your return status.  If you used one of our prepaid labels, you would be able to track your packages there also.
